Is this a physical journal?

No. It's a digital download: two PDF files (US Letter and A4) that you print at home or at a print shop. No physical item is shipped.

How many times can I print it?

As many times as you like for your own personal use. Print extra book review pages or monthly logs whenever you need them.

Can I use it on a tablet?

Yes. The PDF works in PDF annotation apps like GoodNotes or Notability, so you can fill it in with a stylus.

What paper should I use?

Regular printer paper works fine. A slightly heavier paper (around 28 to 32 lb / 105 to 120 gsm) feels lovely and stands up better to highlighters.

Does it include a reading challenge?
